Electrical Provisions
Socket limit is 3,500 watts per socket area — good for basic lighting and small sound systems. Shoots requiring more can tap spare loads on our breaker; heavier loads aren't ideal as they draw from the A/C systems. Electrical provisions are included in the cost estimate.
Rental Guidelines
Our one house rule: return the studio as it was received
Utility & Maintenance
We highly recommend bringing your own utility team — cleaning and maintenance are under the client's management, especially during egress. A cleaning fee applies if the studio is left extremely littered or unclean. We're happy to recommend utility staff.
Walls & Flooring
Painting the walls and flooring is permitted, provided the team repaints them back to matte black. Repainting cost is on the client. Ask us for freelancers familiar with the studio.
Ingress & Setups
Open 24/7. To come in for ingress, include the hours in your cost estimate and submit a manpower list with call time prior to ingress.
Studio Sandbox
We see the studio as a space to manifest your creativity — build, innovate, and experiment freely, as long as it's returned as received.
Makati LGU Events Permits
All events require a Special Events Permit from Makati City Hall

- Event Venue CertificationProvided by the Baked Studios team and submitted to Barangay San Antonio. Send us your main contact, number, email, and a basic program flow.
- Barangay Costing & BriefingBarangay San Antonio responds with costing and sets a meeting; your team meets them for introduction and LGU-guideline briefing.
- Barangay ClearancePay for and receive your Barangay Clearance.
- City Hall — Administrator's OfficeBring the Barangay Clearance plus Event Venue Certification, Form 103/109, Deed of Undertaking, authorization documents, business permit/DTI/SEC, and letter request.
- Requirements PrescribedCity Hall prescribes requirements. Health & Sanitation documentation may be required — usually for events serving alcohol, 100+ participants, or per city ordinance.
- Submit DocumentsSubmit the complete set to the Makati City Admin Office.
- Order of Payment & Official ReceiptReceive the Order of Payment, pay, and get your Official Receipt.
- Special Permit IssuedCity Hall issues the Special Events Permit.
- Transmittal & Copy FurnishingIssue transmittal list to the Barangay and neighboring establishments (e.g. Avida Tower West), and copy-furnish PCRD.DES@makati.gov.ph.

Truck-Ban Exemption & Stationing Permit
Required if your ingress/egress vehicles don't fit the studio garage entrance (2.8 m vertical clearance). Lead time ~10 working days via the Makati Public Safety Department.
